The 15-Декар Plan
Why the operation exists, what 7,500 kg of fruit becomes, and why the scale is deliberately small.

Fifteen декара of raspberries in a market that's collapsing for raw fruit. The only way out is processing — and that one fact shapes everything else.
This is the public write-up of a small Bulgarian raspberry CSA — a community-supported agriculture operation built on 15 декара of raspberries. The Bulgarian wholesale market for raw raspberries is under heavy price pressure from regional oversupply, so the entire model rests on a single strategic move: transform the fruit before selling it.
Three articles unpack the operation from different angles. They are written to stand on their own, but every figure they use is drawn from one shared reference — the Canonical Figures page — so the numbers never drift between articles.
